..:..:+ One of the purposes of TECH-MEX is the promotion and teaching of video and new technologies in our country. In an almost natural manner each one of the projects described here have developed their distinctive way of implementing programs for teaching video-making. All have emerged independently in such diverse places as Veracruz, Oaxaca, Yucatán, and coincide on one aspect: putting this frágil and powerful tool in the hands of new generations, with the same intention as weapons in the hands of civilians…revolution.
